Return product:

Step 1: Pack your return
Carefully package the items you wish to return. Include a note with your order number (handwritten is fine).

Step 2: Send your package
Send the package to the following address:

Step 3: Assessment of your return
Once we have received your return and the products are in good condition (without damage or signs of use), we will process your return.

Step 4: Refund
We'll refund the purchase amount as soon as possible using the payment method you used. Please note that it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account.
