Returns

1. Return period
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

2. Conditions
The product must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original, undamaged packaging. (Containers excluded.)

3. Return process

Step 1: Register your return
Email klantenservice@tallishop.nl with the subject “Return order”. Include your order number, the products you wish to return and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Pack your return
Pack the products carefully and include a note with your order number; this note may be handwritten.
Please note: we can only accept a return if the products are complete and the original product packaging is still in good condition (containers excluded).

Step 3: Send your parcel
Send the parcel to:

Step 4: Return inspection
Once we have received your return and confirmed that the products are in good condition, without damage or signs of use, we will process it.

Step 5: Refund
We will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible using your original payment method. It may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.

Defective product or complaint?
If your product is defective or you have a complaint, contact us at klantenservice@tallishop.nl. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution, such as a refund or replacement product.
